Robert Page, MD
Dr. Robert Page is an Arizona native, born and raised in Douglas, Arizona. He received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and attended medical school in Guadalajara, Mexico. He returned to Arizona where he completed his residency in Family Practice at the University of Arizona Medical School in Tucson.
He served as Chief of Staff at Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital from 1991 to 1993 and was an Arizona delegate to the American Medical Association from 1993 to 2001.
Dr. Page opened his first office in Tempe in 1980 and has continued serving this community ever since; his patient base runs at least three generations deep.
When not caring for his patients he can usually be found cheering on his Sun Devils, at the golf course, or out hiking with his wife and grandchildren.
Curtis Page, MD
Dr. Curtis Page is a local product, graduating from Tempe’s Marcos De Niza High School in 1984. Dr. Page then graduated in 1988 with an ABA in Biochemistry from Occidental College in Pasadena, California. Dr. Page then went onto Harvard Medical School in Boston Massachusetts where he graduated in 1994. While at Harvard he completed a research fellowship in wound healing and skin biology at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Department of Plastic Surgery. He later completed 2 years of a General Surgery residency at Emory University in Atlanta from 1994-1997 and later a Family Practice residency in Brooklyn, NY at the Lutheran Medical Center from 1998-2000.It was after this, in 2001, that Dr. Page returned to Tempe and joined his father’s practice, then known as Tempe Primary Care Associates. Dr. Page is double board certified in Family Practice and Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Page is passionate about staying at the forefront of both traditional and alternative medicine. By integrating the latest innovations and evidence-based practices, he is dedicated to offering his patients the most effective options to enhance their health and overall quality of life. In what little spare time he has Dr. Curtis Page enjoys traveling with his wife and four boys, deep sea fishing, and hunting.
Madison Page, NMD
Dr. Madison Page is a licensed naturopathic physician in Arizona with a passion for integrative primary care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University and went on to receive her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. Following her doctoral training, she completed a one-year general medicine residency at Keystone Natural Family Medicine, where she further refined her clinical skills and deepened her commitment to patient-centered care.
Dr. Page also serves as an instructor for dermatology and minor surgery within an online NPLEX II preparatory program, where she enjoys mentoring and supporting future naturopathic physicians.
Her clinical approach is rooted in identifying and addressing the underlying causes of disease, with a focus on treating the whole person. She has a particular interest in hormone health, integrative dermatology, and general medicine.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Page enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs, Oliver and Ozzie. She is also passionate about writing and teaching, which continues to inspire her dedication to educating and empowering both patients and naturopathic medical students
Genevieve Groff, PA-C
Genevieve Groff is a native Arizonan and is a proud second-generation ASU graduate, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Upon graduation she decided to branch out and moved to Miami, Florida where she studied at Barry University and completed the Physician Assistant program.
Fun fact: Genevieve completed her family medicine rotation with Dr. Robert Page at Page Family Practice in 2007! She loves to travel and has been blessed to be able to do so for fun and also on several service trips with her church. Some examples of the places she has been fortunate to travel to are; El Salvador, Turkey, Italy, Australia and Africa. Her goal is to travel to at least one new place each year! She loves to dance, practice medicine, and is very involved in her church community at Redemption Tempe. And lastly, Genevieve speaks Spanish!
Audrey Lands, PA-C
Audrey Lands joined Page Family Practice in January 2021. Audrey was raised in El Paso, Texas and The Netherlands. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UT Health San Antonio.
Prior to moving to Phoenix and joining Page Family Practice, Audrey worked in cardiology in Memphis, TN. She wants her patients to feel their best, both physically and mentally, and strives to create a respectful, trusting environment in order to provide excellent medical care.
Outside of work, Audrey enjoys baking, puzzles, spending time outdoors, listening to records, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns. She is thrilled to be living in the Sonoran Desert and is looking forward to exploring all the nature Arizona has to offer.
Kara Shieh, PA-C
Kara Shieh is an Arizona native who earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University and her Bachelors of Exercise and Wellness at Arizona State University.
Kara has an extensive background in nutrition, orthopedic/cardiac rehabilitation, dermatology, and addiction medicine. Kara believes in a holistic approach to health and strives to focus on all aspects of wellbeing including mental, social, spiritual, and physical.
Kara resides in the East Valley with her husband and their English Cream Retriever. She enjoys cooking, backpacking, all things ocean, spicy Mexican food, reading, and traveling.
Brittany West, PA-C
Born and raised in Arizona, Brittany graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. She then went on to Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi where she obtained a Masters in the Science of Medicine along with her Physician Assistant certification. She has been practicing in Family Medicine in Arizona for over 6 years. She has a special interest in Orthopedic injuries, Women’s health, and dermatological procedures.
Alex Lyons, FNP-C
Alex Lyons is an Arizona native who grew up two blocks from Page Family Practice and is a McClintock High School Alumni. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Nursing, then spent 11+ years working as a home hospice nurse throughout the valley. She received her Master’s in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Alex loves reading, paddle boarding on the Salt River, and the Phoenix Suns! She also enjoys being active outside with her two young boys, Jaxon and Max and her dog Phoenix.
Kirsten Rivas-Andrews, FNP-C
Kirsten Rivas-Andrews graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona in 2013, Bear Down! She worked as a travel RN and got the opportunity to travel coast to coast for a few years before settling back down in Arizona! In 2018 she graduated With Distinction from Northern Arizona University as a Family Nurse Practitioner. After graduation she primarily cared for the older adult population before finding her part-time home at Page Family Practice. She enjoys providing primary care services to those in need of wellness with a smile!
In her spare time she can be found adventuring and travelling with her husband and son!
Jessica Symmes, FNP-C
Jessica Symmes DNP, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to utilizing preventative care and working closely with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans that focus on improving overall health and wellness. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Fine Arts, Master of Science in Nursing with an Emphasis in Leadership in Health Care Systems, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.
Jessica has experience as a medical surgical oncology charge nurse at Banner Desert Medical Center. She is currently a professor at Grand Canyon University’s Honors College, guiding over 150 students and collaborating with senior management to create engaging programs for nursing students. When she is not working, Jessica enjoys yoga, real estate, teaching dance, and spending time with her family.
