Our Beginnings

Rooted in Family Medicine. Committed to our Community.

Page Family Health & Wellness was founded on a commitment to provide thoughtful, compassionate medical care to the local community. From the beginning, the practice was built on relationships. Taking the time to know patients, understand their health histories, and care for families through every stage of life.
Over the years, those relationships have grown into generations of patients who continue to trust our team with their care today.
